Toshiba K01, K02 and L01 Smartphones

Toshiba is planning a series of new phones to launch Windows Mobile 6.5 in the near future. Now that we have seen, the TG01, one of the most interesting phones this year, we’ll see in any event, which will introduce new mobile phones, Toshiba next.
The K01 is one slider QWERTY smartphone, which you a 4.1-inch capacitive touch screen, a 1-GHz processor and a 3.2-megapixel camera.
The K02 is a clamshell phone, which come with an internal 3.5-inch resistive touch screen is a secondary, external LCD and a full QWERTY keyboard on the inside.
The L01 is a tablet-like device. It comes with a 7-inch touch screen, but there are not so many details about it. The L01 and K01 will be presented by the end of the year, while the K02 revealed only be sometime next year.

Orange to Offer Toshiba TG01 in Europe

Orange has confirmed that it is exclusively for the Toshiba TG01 in the United Kingdom this weekend. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset 1GHz, TG01 uses a 4.1-inch WVGA touchscreen and has a slim 9.9mm body. It is first with Windows Mobile 6.1. An upgrade to the new Windows Mobile 6.5 will be later this year.
The TG01 is free to customers with a 39.15 per month, 24-month price plan. The package includes 1200 minutes of calls each network, unlimited texts, Orange Maps and anytime including Internet surfing, and is exclusive to Orange in the UK. The device is already covered by Orange in France, and will also be shortly available from Orange in Switzerland, Romania and Poland.

It is one of the most anticipated new smartphones by 2009 and a product that can only be the surprise success of Windows Mobile fans, and if Toshiba have considerable experience in the manufacture of mobile phones, they have never cracked the consumer market, but with a product as exciting as the TG01, this is likely to change rapidly.

Toshiba unveils the TG01 touchscreen-based smartphone

Toshiba has recently launched the smartphone and TG01 from the IT, Toshiba seems ready to make another touchscreen-based mobile phones. Toshiba includes the TG01 as a device, the “revolution of the mobile entertainment world.”
To begin with, the TG01 has a large 4.1-inch WVGA 800×480 resistive touch screen, but that’s not where it stops. Also in the function is set in 3G support, Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, a microSD card slot and support for DivX and Flash.
