HTC DROID Eris Android Phone Review
Jul 14th
The Droid Eris is a low cost of HTC Android phone from HTC and Verizon. It is the second mobile phone runs on Verizon for the Motorola Android Droid. This is a popular Android phone and that’s probably down to it the price of $ 100. The Droid Eris was first published as the HTC Hero in Europe and then the Sprint HTC Hero in the U.S.. Basically this is like the Droid Eris has been transformed.
The Droid Eris has a simple design, modern and attractive. It is make with edges curved chrome it looks quite stylish. It’s simplicity is what attracts me, that looks like it. The phone has a 3.2-inch screen HVGA the lift and looks really great with the 320 x 480 pixel resolution. The colors are vibrant and stand out impressively. Like the iPhone, the Droid Eris You can use either high-or landscape in certain applications such as e-mail or if your Brosinger the Web. It has what is called an accelerometer that changes the screen aspect.

Nokia have their own keyboard into the phone. It is not the standard keyboard, the Android has had mixed reviews. I would say, this keyboard is easier to use with more space and responsiveness. Of course there is always the possibility of downloading a keyboard app, if you do not like the built here, but it is an improvement over the standard version of Android.
This android phone reacts when you use the touchscreen and there are no problems using it. At the bottom of the screen, you get four buttons or soft keys – Home, menu, back and zoom. It is as to what is more questionable, as the soft keys or hard keys Droid Eris has built to the hardware. I tend to think that go better with hard keys, because it is generally easier, feel them out and press them. If you are in the dark and can not see, it is useful to be able to feel what you are pressing.

BUY HTC DROID ERIS NOW WITH A 100% DISCOUNT FROM VERIZON WIRELESS!
With that said, I may be the design of the HTC Droid Eris and I do not think that hard keys would be in compliance with the simplicity of design. If this Android phone was released for the first time was run on Android 1.5. It has 2.0 now, and Android is version 2.1 to get in the very near future. Very good news, because with a phone that is as cheap as this at $ 100′s a great way to get a quick Android phone cheap. Android needed to open them on the market to more people.

This phone is a very good buy. A good phone with qulaity Verizon for $ 100, the Android version 2.1 have, it is going. The Android mobile phone has all what most people need. Good design, decent speed, it is responsive adaptive, has the latest version of Android, and it runs on Verizon, a reliable carrier with good coverage.
HTC Droid Incredible Android Phone Review
Jul 8th
HTC’s Incredible Droid is essentially a Jaguar and elegant version of the original Motorola Droid – comparatively, the aging lion at this point. But the easily mockable moniker is not really appropriate. The iPhone was unbelievable. The original Droid was almost unbelievable. Unbelievable is more like the smooth, mature, professionally run of all previous degree Android phones – the tip of the Android art. Apex – that would have been a good name. But it may also not live up to that description.
If you keep the original Motorola Droid and the Incredible side-by-side, there is no competition, at least physically. Although both have the same two-dimensional surface, the unbelievable about 13 percent thinner (0.47 inches deep, the Droid is 0.54 inches) and more importantly, almost an ounce and a half lighter than the Droid Pocket sagging. In some places, the incredible is even thinner back thanks to his sculptures, form-fitting cover, which is irregularly carved to match the battery compartment.

Both lead Android 2.1, which provides, inter alia, seven spacious home monitors in comparison to the three Droid. By tapping the Home button from any Home screen gives you an overview of all the iconic seven.
Inside is where the Incredible Droid increased cash. It is through a speedy 1GHz Snapdragon processor driven, compared with the Droid 550MHz engine, everything is loading faster. YouTube videos load almost a third faster on the Droid.
What is missing is the incredible Droid’s slideout QWERTY, so the Droid is so bulky. Whether it was an improvement (beyond the question of weight) is a personal decision. If you do not like touch keyboards, you will not like the Incredible, especially considering its too thin QWERTY in portrait mode and vice versa.
The Incredible also missing an FM radio, on the Droid. More importantly, are incredible 8 GB of onboard memory, so you may be able to avoid prying Open the battery compartment on thread in a microSD card.

Both phones sport a similar length of 3.7-inch, 480 x 800 pixel display (the Droid’s LCD is actually 800 x 854), the incredible shows off an AMOLED, which in theory is brighter and battery-friendly than LCD, although won ‘t see much improvement, especially in view of the stellar Droid screen. The Incredible’s AMOLED is a bit brighter, brighter and more colorful than Droid LCD also excellent, but these are only small differences, perceived by the two monitors side-by-side.
Although AMOLED technology is expected to result in, among other Droid better battery life, shocking assets of more than an hour of talk time rated at (6.4 hours for Droid Incredible, even though we lost a lot more than that in our informal tests vs 5.2 hours of incredible, we exceeded by about an hour), and almost double the standby time (270 vs. 149 hours). This is an amazing discrepancy and disappointing, and means a higher chance of an Incredible so it is not through a day without a boost.

The Incredible is a perfect blend of running almost any mobile phone technology buyers might want. It’s easy, it avoids overdosing on external controls, it is a great and beautiful AMOLED screen has, it is intuitive without crass Annoyances, it is a good to great camera, have a wicked fast web browser and Android’s most state -of-the-art OS. But the incredible voice of the poor quality and life of the battery makes it a difficult decision on customary practice, the heavier, but much better sounding and more durable Motorola Droid.
HTC Aria Review
Jul 7th
The first Android phone for AT & T is decent, the HTC Aria a cute, useful and fun little device. There is only one problem. While the Aria sports a sharp picture, great camera, and excellent social networking features, AT & T has been peppered by a dump of the bloatware, ranges from the redundant actually angry.
From 2.3 to 4.1 from 0.46 inches (HWD) and only 4.1 grams, fits easily into the Aria even small hands, and it is navigable-hand operation. It is noble-looking, with a glossy black front and a soft-touch black backs that are screwed (it’s an optical illusion appears, the case of locks like on most phones.) Under the back cover of the Aria whimsical bright yellow. An optical joystick and four buttons below the touch-screen control menu. The aria is the small size of the 3.2-inch, looks down 320-480 screen and clear that the right size for this resolution. HTC Touch keyboards are both quite small, given the screen size, but your tolerance for this are really about your finger size and mobility. I did not have a problem, but I have small hands.

BUY HTC ARIA NOW AT A SPECIAL PRICE FROM AT&T!
The aria is a decent voice phone. The reception is average. Calls on the phone sounds very clear, and although they are not blaringly loud, they come up to a good band. Transfers through the microphone sounded on the other side tinny and hard. The speakerphone is just a bit too quiet to use outdoors, even though transfers were on the speakerphone quite understandable. The Aria is coupled with our Aliph Jawbone headset icon. But like most Android phones, do not operate voice over Bluetooth a big problem. Battery life was very good, considering the phone size, at 6 hours and 57 minutes of talk time.
The aria begins running 600 MHz 2.1 Android Mobile Phone HTC Sense, and there with a lot to recommend that. The phone does not feel slow, in fact, it felt and reacted faster than other phones I’ve tried 600 MHz, so you are not put off the processor speed. It comes with plenty of useful software, including multiple Home screens, an award-winning web browser, Twitter and Facebook client, and a graphic pattern of preferred contacts. It works with most of the 70,000 currently available Android Apps (all those that run on version 2.1). Games were running smoothly and clearly play YouTube videos, even in HQ. Speed tests showed about 1.2 megabits down on AT & T’s 3G network not-bad.

BUY HTC ARIA NOW AT A SPECIAL PRICE FROM AT&T!
The aria is a good multimedia phone but it would be better with better software. The bones are there: it takes microSD cards up to 32GB, and synchronized with double twist on PCs or Macs using a standard micro USB cable. It plays music files in MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, or OGG formats inserted through any pair of headphones to the phone, the 3.5-mm jack, and even the music sounded through our Altec Lansing Backbeat stereo headphones in order. Video streaming via MobiTV and local video in MP4 format looked sharp and clear. But the media-player interfaces I’ve already mentioned the video player called “photos? “Weren ‘t the most usable.

BUY HTC ARIA NOW AT A SPECIAL PRICE FROM AT&T!
The Aria’s 5-megapixel camera is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. It takes very sharp photos in low light conditions. The auto focus is pretty smart when it slower by 1.7 seconds when it starts, it tries to assess whether it is necessary, and subsequent images in the same focus range is 0.4 seconds fast. The video mode records clearly enough 640-480 videos at 30 frames per second. Overall, this is a good phone for recording your memories.
HTC Hero Review
Jun 21st
The HTC Hero is the first HTC smartphone to the Sense UI, the version of Android on the HTC Hero feature is Android 1.5. The widgets offer a 3.2″ touch sensitive HVGA LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 480, there is also a five-megapixel camera, the shooting is still capable of photo and video recording.

take it has a microSD card slot, up to 32GB microSD cards, which you much room to store everything you need. The first thing we noticed about the HTC Hero, when we switched it was their own Sense UI, this is definitely one of the best user interfaces that we have seen on an Android smartphone. The Sense UI is simply breathtaking, and a pleasure to use, it makes the Android experience so much better than some of the other Android smartphones we’ve tested, although the HTC Hero is almost a year old.

BUY HTC HERO NOW AND SAVE OVER $135!
The best thing about the HTC Sense UI is that I feel a great extent, so you can give your phone a different look and feel, and customize them to suit your personal needs. Overall, the HTC Hero is a great Android smartphone even though it is a little older now and not have the same specifications as some of the newer models by HTC.

What we loved about the HTC Hero was the Sense UI, it’s really easy to use and definitely the best user interface we’ve seen on an Android smartphone. If you are looking for an Android-based smartphone, the HTC models are definitely worth a look, and some of the new comes a little short have impressive specifications, combine that with the HTC Sense UI makes for a great Android smartphone.
HTC Touch Pro2 Mobile Review
Jun 3rd
The HTC Touch Pro2 is the latest touch-screen wonders of HTC, a company that is currently bathing in the glory of a good run of fantastic handsets. The last couple of Windows Mobile devices from HTC have simple updates to the Premier models – the style-conscious Diamond2 and now the business-centric HTC Touch Pro2 with its slide-out QWERTY keyboard was.
Nokia has consistently impressive forwards in the transfer of mobile phones, with ongoing improvements to their rather nifty TouchFLO 3D interface and other innovations.
The Pro2 is significantly larger and heavier than its predecessor, but it also has a bigger and better tilting touch screen and a much improved user interface and a new system, the conference call HTC with the name ‘added Straight Talk “.

It is certainly not cheap, but-HTC sees this as a clear high-end business unit and for the most part, it lives up to its promise, provides for messaging, connectivity, internet and media playback, though as usual with HTC, the 3.2 megapixel camera leaves much to be desired.
Make no mistake, this is a brick of a handset at 116x59x17mm and a whopping 179g.

BUY HTC TOUCH PRO2 NOW AND SAVE $320!
Shy and reserved, it is not, and if it is to subtlety, would you recommend that will look elsewhere. It has a silvery appearance more elegant than its predecessor but with its blocky, tapered sides, which makes the majority to take a little easier.
If you can handle their size and weight, quality screen, QWERTY keyboard, connectivity, messaging, A-GPS and other features make the HTC Touch Pro2 a great business tool, to use a lot of fun.
HTC Legend A6363 Review
May 18th
Behind the HTC Desire, the legend, the HTC Android device has been discussed around the web. As the desire, it is also features HTC Sense UI on top of Android. HTC hopes to duplicate or even surpass the success of the original Hero with this phone.
The legend has a few upgrades from the original Hero. It is a 3.2-inch display HVGA, as the hero, but this time it is an AMOLED display instead of LCD. There is also a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, but now it has an LED flash. Where the hero Used a 528MHz chip, you get the legend of Qualcomm MSM7227 600MHz. The Hero’s Teflon-coated plastic was replaced with an aluminum unibody design. The only plastic to be found around the camera and with holes for the speaker grill and the battery compartment, which is also the antenna. The buttons below the display are also made of plastic.

The traditional trackball with an optical joystick has been replaced and if you are not in the habit of using this, it takes time to learn how to use it effectively. The usual seven screens and HTC Home’s Custom widgets are included as well as a few new additions. Panning between the panes is a fast and lag free, even when loaded with widgets, and of course supports the Home screen, pinch zoom and this gives you a complete overview of all seven screens. Press one of them and they are on the screen that can be taken without the need for swiping.
The legend comes preinstalled with Android 2.1, the newer version of the Android Market, complete with preview screenshot is another option, not available on the current Hero, which is still 1.5. One major selling points for HTC Sense UI is the built-in support in Exchange and Flash integration. HTC’s Mail App has been revised and now has tabs that show messages and conversations, and pulls pull messages from your preset VIPs, unread, only those marked, invitations and those with attachments. HTC’s Calendar app has also been renewed, there is a new agenda view that you arrange your appointments in a single list, instead of navigating to a certain date and month.

There are also widgets for both applications for rapid deployment from your Home screen. The browser has been adjusted to view Flash animations and games. There are also multi-touch support and a new copy paste system, which links to Wikipedia, Google and Google Translate Dictionary. Highlight a word and a magnifying glass opens a can either drag extender bars to the selection, or tap the screen to copy it and share it with a pre-loaded Apps as mail, messaging or peep. The UI and that is packed with features a wonderful device.
HTC Touch Dual Review
May 10th
We were a HTC Touch Dual during Microsoft Mobius Conference in Amsterdam try given. Together with the phone, because we got a Vodafone SIM card with an unlimited data plan attached, but can not appeal. We were able to telephone data-handling on the Vodafone network in the Netherlands, then test try calling functions with an AT & T SIM here in the States.
Calling
Calls for the Touch Dual sounded as good as they tested on the Sprint version of us, to say recently, is doing very well. We also like some of the call management features for Windows Mobile HTC with the Touch has, above all the Brady Bunch-style speed dial screen that you tap a grid of images to a call made. Dialing was clearly on this version thanks to the improved hardware keyboard, but that was not a big problem with the previous model. Initial contacts just not how it would be if we had a full keyboard to work, but probably would be easier on the SureType model, a modified QWERTY pad. Battery life was saved by the fact that our calling tests were outside Europe, where Vodafone HSDPA network sure the battery would be empty faster than AT & T’s EDGE conducted. We have about five hours, at eye level with our expectations and demands of the HTC.

BUY HTC TOUCH DUAL P5520 NOW AND SAVE OVER $125!
Messaging
Going from a SureType keyboard on the screen – but one that does not seem appealing to our touch – is a 12-key numeric keyboard is not much of an improvement if it can be called an improvement entails. The problem on the Touch Dual is not the software key, as the keyboard on the screen seems much more responsive. The problem lies in the terrible automatic word recognition, that HTC has implemented. The improved version of T9 on the Touch Dual rarely got our correct decisions, and often recommended nonsense words in favor of real English. To his credit, it is a fair offer of learning from his mistakes has, and we did not know to type “have Amsterdam” as a whole more accustomed than doubled, as they remembered we had before.
Web Browsing
With a stronger player on the screen does Web browsing, with easy navigation. Although not close the Touch Dual to the responsiveness of the Apple iPhone is, it was still a better web-browsing device than its predecessor. And made the hardware key difference here, as they helped us type addresses more reliably (a serious problem with T9 Text Input), and gave us easier shortcuts in Google Reader on our mobile browser used.
Camera
The lens on the Touch Dual impressed us no more than the lens on the original Touch. Pictures do not look good, but were passable in good lighting. The photo browser, but what is strange is, HTC will update the photo gallery to take better advantage of the touch interface, and added a nifty zoom capability to show. If you are a circle around something in an image feature to the phone zooms in to show you what you circled. Draw a circle counterclockwise and you zoom out. It is a nice gimmick to show, and we would like to have more fun and useful tricks like this to be seen elsewhere in the phone.

BUY HTC TOUCH DUAL P5520 NOW AND SAVE OVER $125!
Music
The Touch Dual features an updated music player, and it is slightly easier to use with the touch interface. Buttons are larger and more space, and lists are easier to read, now in the dark Touch black menu color scheme. HTC bundles a nice pair of earbuds, but gadget-lovers, the A2DP Bluetooth profile for stereo streaming to appreciate. The Touch Dual also takes microSDHC cards, and we filled an 8GB microSDHC card with music and images to test the phone capabilities.
Laptop sidekick
Envy of the Netherlands, because its 3G HSDPA network is faster than anything we’ve seen in the U.S. on Vodafone network, with the Touch Dual as a modem with our Dell D420, we saw download speeds in excess of 2 Mbps. The actual speeds downloading large files from Rapidshare. The Touch Dual will also features the excellent internet sharing application, the cable modem support than simply making, as it would all have together. Basically, open Internet Sharing (which we at the beginning of the TouchFLO interface on day 1), so click on “Connect” and then plug the phone into your laptop. This is to surf the Internet. It beats the Connection Manager software, the American carriers often require of miles. Finally, the Touch Dual is charging a mini-USB cable, so it basically has everything we look for in a laptop companion.
HTC Touch Viva T2223 Review
Apr 29th
Taiwan’s HTC Touch has been pumping out variations on his theme touch-powered devices with remarkable regularity this year, including the G1 (Google phone), iPhone-alike Touch HD, slim but powerful Touch Diamonnd and QWERTY keyboard-packing Touch Pro.
Now they have a step back taken in order to go forward with the HTC Touch Viva, an update of the original Touch from way back in 2007.
Things have so much as moved the original Touch, so that what was once innovative, now takes his place at the bottom end of the budget scale. Surprising omissions
First off, it’s probably easiest to list what the HTC Touch Viva does not. Is there no 3G, though it Wi-Fi, and there is no GPS and no headphones. There is not much in the way of the onboard memory, either with only 256, although there is a microSD slot under the battery.
The HTC Touch Viva is different from other touches, the touch screen is a few millimeters from the phone’s recessed housing. While this may give some protection against scratches, if you lay down on his face, it has meant that it increasingly difficult to operate.

BUY HTC TOUCH VIVA T2223 NOW AND SAVE $335!
It is difficult to turn, dependent on the sides of the screen with your finger or thumb, which means you need on the side-mounted pencil. It is not a disaster, but it can be a nuisance, especially if you want to activate a scroll bar in a hurry.
Apart from that, the TouchFLO interface, which sits on the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system is still a winner, making it easy to organize your favorite apps. It does not look quite as flashy as the 3D version on the higher models, but it does the job well enough.
Easy browsing
The decision not to include 3G is a strange, not least because the Viva is a Web browser of its greatest strengths.
The default browser is Opera (even if you can use Explorer, if you really must), and pan around pages by deleting the screen can use your fingertip.
Zooming is easy by using the zoom scroll bar and it’s just a pity that there is no option to view pages in landscape mode (unless you are watching videos on the YouTube app).

BUY HTC TOUCH VIVA T2223 NOW AND SAVE $335!
Basic camera
The camera is only the 2-megapixel variety, so far behind the Touch HD’s 5-megapixel snapper (which is not really as good as it should be).
There is no flash and not handle it move well, but still brightly lit pictures are okay. It is unlikely that a lot of trouble with the video camera, though, as seems to blur more the rule than the exception.
View your pictures or afterwards, however, is a joy, because the pic HTC browser, you can zoom in or out by drawing circles with her finger around the point you want to zoom in and you can take the next picture by brushing your finger across the screen.

BUY HTC TOUCH VIVA T2223 NOW AND SAVE $335!
Punchy music player
The music player is similar to other touches and it is a fine piece of software, a decent whack came over the loudspeaker. But there are no headphones and no 3.5 mm headphone jack, it would be easier to add your own pair, you need to use a mini-USB adapter if you want to use this device for music.
Battery life is very good for this class of phone, and it gave us a good three days with moderate usage before recharging.
