Nokia 1280 – cheapest Nokia phone
Billed as the cheapest Nokia mobile phone ever, is designed, the Nokia 1280, to sell for only 20. Primarily from new markets, the 1280 should find great appeal for anyone looking for a really inexpensive but practical phone.

As expected, this is a fairly basic phone .. But there are a surprising number of useful features. There is a monochrome 1.36 “96 x 68 pixel display, an FM radio (requires the purchase), a headset, a built-in flashlight, MP3 ringtones and an integrated speakerphone level. It is a Series 30 phone with a very simple user interface should be familiar to most longtime Nokia customers. The Nokia 1280 also supports life tools in certain markets.
The 1280 should be used, so that they have multiple phone books and ring tones very loud, so it remains in one place. Part of the idea here is that if four people share the purchase price of 1280, then worked at only 5, which is an attractive proposition for the emerging markets.

The handset is equipped with a standard battery BL-5C and often AC-3, so that up to 8.5 hours of talk time and 22 days standby time. It is a compact phone, coming in at only 82 grams and measuring 107 x 45 x 15mm.
A cheap Nokia which is certainly too wide appeal in a number of markets, are in some places it can be shared between different people, in others it may be a second phone line, especially when a for outdoor use. With a pricetag as many customers, they almost look like a disposable item.
