Samsung Announces TouchWiz SDK

Samsung, the Samsung Mobile Widget SDK. The kit enables developers to create widgets for use Samsung TouchWiz-enabled phones. But will the introduction of more successful than Sony Ericsson’s not try a similar environment for its XPERIA phone? We think so.
There are a number of devices on the market today with TouchWiz like the Samsung Behold, Memoir, Omnia, Verizon Wireless’ next Omnia II smartphone. The SDK is based on the open source Eclipse platform, and developers have access to their applications in Samsung’s widget gallery and Application Store.
Samsung is not yet known what his profits for developers, or if the application widget shop and gallery is open for business, but it could help sell Omnia II, when it comes to phone-start date.
